Why I became a Real Estate Agent
I’ve decided to become a ‘Real Estate Agent’ for a very good reason; I’ve had some shocking experiences and I can’t stand the thought of others having to endure the same things!
I know there’s nothing like the thrill of finding a new home that you just have to have, apart from of course, the feeling of having sold your home at a great price under the most suitable conditions. Unfortunately, before I became an agent, every time I’ve been either a buyer or a seller, I’ve had the most ridiculous things happen, all stemming from the inability of the sales agents to be on the ball.
Over the years, my wife and I have bought and sold homes for various reasons; our first home together, upsizing to accommodate our growing family, we wanted more land, we wanted less land, we wanted a pool and then we wanted a sea change etc. I’m sure you can relate to at least one of our lifestyle changes. The amount of times we have moved has furnished me with bizarre experiences that I need to share, but I’ve taken it one step further; I’m going to into the real estate market as an agent to do things properly, simply because I haven’t seen it done before!
The following bad experiences have lead me to develop and introduce a Risk Reversal Guarantee which sets Cube Real Estate Sunshine Coast apart from other real estate agencies. This is an agreement that allows the seller to cancel the Appointment Contract if they are not happy with our service. We stand by our word and our work, and we aim to build long-term relationships with our clients and achieve results that put us ahead of others.
